It is therefore the modern and flexible alternative to conventional bricked designs.

For larger air volumes, the LuwairP is the perfect system, as the transport volume of the components can also be reduced to a minimum.

TexPac

TexPac is a pre-fabricated, modularized, compact air handling central station consisting of units varying in size and performance.

TexPac can be applied in textile and related industries where large air volume flow rates must be freed from fibres, filtered and conditioned.

With the necessary reinforcement profiles equipped, static pressure at suction-as well as pressure side of the fan units of up to 2000 Pa can be tolerated.

Most Nonwoven Process machines have integrated suction points that can be incorporated into a fibre deposit system. The fibre separation and dust filtration plant must be designed in such a way that it can handle the required air volume and also the amount of waste fibre.

Depending on the raw fibres used in the plant, several fibre separators can be installed to separate the different materials from each other.

The dependency on the fibre depositing system is essential for the operation of the process. A standstill of either the fibre depositing plant leads to an immediate shutdown of the entire process machine.

The rotary air filter is a well proven fine dust filter for exhaust air with a high concentration of dust and fibres in spinning and weaving mills. The high efficiency of this filter guarantees that the MAC prescriptions for exhaust air are adhered to. It is an economic solution for applications where enough space is available.
