Yamato VF 2502 with special puller and attachment, for pucker free seam quality on difficult materials. The workstation is equipped with a puller directly behind the presser foot. Independent adjustment for puller and differential transport is possible.

The special attachment is pneumatic controlled and the machine is attached with special small presser foot. The guide system is adjustable for left and right side to get the sewing start all times on the waistband side.

The workstation is available for 1, 2 or 3 needle version. The machine is equipped with pneumatic chain off thread suction device is controlled by photocell and AB-221A Efka servo motor unit.

Feed-off-the-arm, 4-needle 1-looper, both cut flat seamer Dry Head for joining crotch of briefs. This new feed-off-the-arm flat seamer for light to heavy fabric is fitted with horizontal-cutter to cut both edges of right and left material to ensure finish.

New developed mechanism and new designed sewing parts enable this machine to make positive feeding to maintain smoother operation even on the different thick portion such as joining crotch on brief where is preattached collarette tape in previous operation.

This type of Yamato FD 62 Dry-07-1 is especially modified for pantyhose. The machine is equipped with a special gauge set and a thread stand for big thread cones.

Busche introduces the new model FD 64 G-10 BU, a 2 x 2-needle coverstitch machine, total 4-needle high speed feedoff-the-arm flat seaming machine with plain drop feed and needle gauge of total 10 mm.

This new model is employed mainly in the manufacture of isothermal clothing such as wet suits and special suits for water-skiing, canoeing and yachting. The machine is designed for sewing neoprene fabrics with tape feeding from above and special roller presser.

This Busche workstation has quick change clamp system and Device. With this device the thread-chain-ends can be bartacked cleanly by automatically turning down, cutting and tacking the thread chain from flatseamer or Overlock machines.
