Thanks to our specially designed ClipsShop™ brass Rolled-Rim Grommets and Spur Washers, the gripping ability on the material increases and becomes much more durable. Spur washers interlock with the grommet, providing a rugged, unyielding setting.

Rolled Rim Grommets are used for products requiring extra strength and durability at the attachment points.

Ideal for use on marine fabrics, curtains, drapery, vinyl banners, and custom upholstery. They also work well for custom outdoor tents and awning canvas projects. Specific uses consist of awnings, seats, boat covers, flags and banners, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, signs and media, outdoor military tents, and tarpaulins.

CS-DAM-03 is a state-of-the-art pneumatic machine specifically designed for punching a hole in a broad range of industrial fabrics and attaching ClipsShop grommets/eyelets and washers all in a single cycle. This machine is especially suitable for attaching large-size eyelets such as #12 (40 mm hole size) to accelerate the eyelet application process and to increase efficiency.

A great portion of CS-DAM-03 is made of stainless steel to increase resistance to oxidation. Special surface treatment for metal hardening is applied to reduce the need for machine maintenance and

significantly increase the life span of the machine.

One of the greatest advantages of the CS-DAM-03 relative to its competitors is it's high-precision      thickness adjustability feature. Thanks to this superior feature, the CS-DAM-03 allows the

application of large-size eyelets on even very

sensitive materials or on very heavy fabrics.

Curtain Eyelets

Curtain eyelets are available in four sizes: they are 25mm, 28 mm, 40mm and 40 mm Easy Apply. The dimensions of the available sizes are listed in the table. Our range of curtain eyelets is available to you in over eight standard finishes, plus many custom color painted finishes.

 #12 Easy Apply Eyelets, on the other hand, are made of a slightly thinner material. Due to their shorter necks, after they have been set in the fabric they are not as thick as regular #12 eyelets. #12 Easy Apply Eyelets are suitable for regular use curtains, provide a more delicate look after attachment, and are more affordable than regular #12 grommets. Moreover, it needs lesser attachment force which in turn allows attachment with much a wider series of machines.
