VM02 Automatic Back Pocket Setter with Folding Group

Vi.Be.Mac.'s VM02 is designed to attach back pockets and coin pockets on jeans, offering high productivity and top-tier quality. Its retractable inner clamp guarantees excellent stitching on various fabrics, and its intuitive design allows even non-experts to use it with ease. By eliminating the need for a pocket creasing machine, it saves both space and energy, boosting productivity from the start.

The patented folding system ensures optimal results with only 7-8 mm of excess fabric, achieving perfect quality for all fabric types and pocket shapes. Key features include a brushless motor, programmable presser foot height, shuttle hook for thick threads, and laser pointers for precise alignment. Custom pocket jigs can be quickly changed via the operator panel, and the worktop, coated in SERIFLON, ensures smooth fabric handling.
