HACOtex® is laminated on one or both sides with the material of your choice. The core material can be a voluminous nonwoven or a needle-punched nonwoven. It is combined with foil, knitted scrim, circular knit scrim and textiles of all types.

HACOflex® is a combination of foam and nonwoven fabric, in which the fibres are needle-punched with the expanded material. It combines the point elasticity of the expanded material with the flexibility of the nonwoven fabric. The product can be laminated with a cover material on the foam side to make the foam slide better during the sewing process. Adhesive webbing is added for leather laminating if necessary. You can combine it with any covering material.

HACObond® is a pure, thermally bound insulating nonwoven made of 100% recyclable polyester fibres. It is manufactured with volumetric weights of between 15 and 40 kg/m³ and is between 20 and 200 mm thick.

• has excellent acoustic characteristics and high sound absorption values

• has above-average thermal insulation properties

• absorbs hardly any moisture (less than 1 percent)

• is odourless, allergy-friendly and certified to Öko-Tex-Standard Class 1

• has very low emissions, therefore no adverse impact on health in indoor spaces and is certified with the German eco-label "Blue Angel"

HACOsoft® is a thermally bound voluminous nonwoven. It can be matched precisely to your requirements. Fine fibres in this product ensure good sound and thermal insulation, coarse fibres are used where a high air or moisture permeability or a good padding effect is required.

HACOwave® is a multidimensionally laid nonwoven which can be combined with a textile cover. It is suitable as undersewing material for leather & synthetic leather or for the lamination of roll goods such as synthetic leather, fabric and microfibre. HACOwave® is available in different thicknesses.
