Trends, business opportunities and networking highlight the agenda of Emitex, Simatex and Confemaq 2026

27.05.2026

The main players in the textile and garment industry will meet at La Rural Trade Center from June 2 to 4, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will offer an ideal space to generate strategic connections, share business experiences and explore alternatives aimed at strengthening competitiveness.

A week ahead of its opening, Emitex (International Trade Fair of Suppliers for the Garment Industry), Simatex (International Trade Fair of Textile Machinery) and Confemaq (International Trade Fair of Garment Machinery) present their agenda of activities, specially designed to promote networking and professional development.

Throughout the three-day exhibition, talks and demonstrations will take place by the main references in the industry. Among the highlights is the new “Perspectivas” Series, featuring talks that bring together voices and viewpoints from prominent figures in the textile industry.

The series is organized around key thematic areas such as the current state of the industry, trends, sustainability, the digital ecosystem and stories of entrepreneurs. Claudio Drescher, Angie Chevallier, Mercedes Krom, Ash Matheu, Julieta Lucchini, Justino Lucchini, Soledad Beltrán Neirot, Martin Otero, Francisco Gromada, Agustina Scaglia, Victoria Froglia, among others, will participate.

The Exhibitors' Conferences will also take place, a space for companies to present their latest innovations and solutions for the sector. In this context, the integration of technology and competitiveness will be explored in the talk by Máquinas para Coser Pablo: innovations to improve, increase production, and reduce garment costs. Additionally, Audaces Automação Industrial will present “Smart Industry: The Revolution of Production in Argentina”, focusing on how artificial intelligence and automation are transforming design and production.

Within this framework, the presentation of FELPA will also take place: the new extra-long 32 /34 mm fiber that promises world-class productions. An example of value chain integration carried out by representatives of INTA Chaco, cotton producers and the companies Pato Pampa, Ritex and Tecotex.

In the conference "Selling better in difficult times" representatives of Zoologic will delve into how management systems help small businesses to make better decisions. On the other hand, the talk by Realtex – Janome will cover everything needed to choose sewing machines, and Florencia Tristán de Hilando will talk about new opportunities for designers from the industrial fabric.

Denim wear will also take center stage again at Denim Station, a space designed to explore, observe, and learn about the production and design process of jeanswear.
