From sustainable and innovative new products such as graphene composite fabrics and textiles with dyes extracted from plants via a scintillating support programme to Genesis, Imaginist, Anthropogene and Light Civilization – the four trend stories for Spring/Summer 2019: the Intertextile Pavilion Shenzhen once again proves that it is the leading trade fair in southern China for sourcing apparel fabrics and accessories.
The upcoming trade fair from 5 to 7 July 2018 is bigger and has more exhibitors than ever before: with more than 250 new exhibitors, the Intertextile Pavilion Shenzhen has grown by 34% compared to 2017. With the addition of one more hall, the range of ladieswear, premium ladieswear, lingerie, swimwear, printed fabrics and accessories as well as casualwear, functional wear, sportswear and ready-to-wear now covers 37,500 square metres, increasing the exhibition area by a quarter.
Four new countries have joined the trade fair: India, Indonesia, Thailand and Turkey. Additional highlights will include the Fine Japan Zone, the pavilions of Korea and Taiwan and the three pavilions of the local regions and associations Shengze, China Bast and Leaf Fibres Textiles Association and Shaoxing. In total, 968 exhibitors from twelve countries and regions will be showcasing their most recent product developments and trends.
The trade fair is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd; the Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT; the China Textile Information Center; the Shenzhen Garment Industry Association.
