Hotspot hall 8.0

What’s new? Heimtextil will be the first trade show of the new year, once again setting the bar for moods and trends during its edition from 7th to 10th January 2020. Around 50 international interior design specialists will present their latest collections in the specially dedicated “Editeurs’ Area”.

Pattern makers, trendsetters, fabrics magicians. Textile “editors” are a small but essentially important part of the textile industry. They set the tone for the new season and inspire an entire industry. Right at the beginning of the next year, from 7th to 10th January, Heimtextil will create a platform where to get an overview over textile trends and discover the most exciting new products. In the specially dedicated “Editeurs’ Area”, roughly 50 international textile suppliers will present their latest interior design collections.

Heimtextil’s specially dedicated “Editeurs’ Area” in hall 8.0 will get a makeover in January 2020. With black carpets, special stand signage and presentations that stand out from the others, the special exhibition area will live up to the special standing these experts have in the industry. Once again, also the “insider” programme for interior decorators will also take place in the area. Participants will have the possibility to meet and speak with trade colleagues at the “Insider Café”. Whether it is Apelt from Germany, N.V. Wind from Belgium or Style Library from the UK with its brands Zoffany, Harlequin, Anthology, Sanderson, Morris & Co, Scion, Clarke and Clarke and Studio G., visitors can look forward to meeting outstanding international players from the textile editing business. “We’ve been attending Heimtextil for more than 30 years – it has become one of the most important dates in our diary and offers a unique platform for networking with potential and existing overseas contacts”, says Nicola Brumfitt, marketing director of Prestigious Textiles from the UK.

Another highlight in hall 8.0 will be a programme staged by the Deco Team, packed with events. In various panel discussions, the likes of TV star and deco queen Enie van de Meiklokjes will guarantee creative input.
